I recently released all of my previously published books with all new cover art and updated interior files. I’ve been wanting to do this for some time.
I liked the old covers, but unfortunately, there was limited artwork that I could find that would allow me to keep making covers in this style to continue both series. One of the things that made updating the covers possible was when the stock photo websites started adding more vector art and more photos of models in medieval clothing.
Changing the cover art gave me the excuse I needed to update the interior files as well. I’ve already shared about my adventures drawing new maps. I also added new glossaries and teaser chapters to the end matter for each book.
Here are the new book covers for the Legends of Astarkand:
I actually have author copies of each of these three books sitting on my bookshelf right now. If someone wants me to send them a set of signed copies, send me a message, and I’ll send you a Paypal or Zelle link. The cost for the set is $30 (plus tax if you live in Nebraska, no tax if you don’t) and shipping. (This is a steal: Amazon is charging more than $50 for these three books).
This is the new cover for Galthain’s Bones:
I don’t currently have any author copies of Galthain’s Bones on hand, but I hope to order some in soon.
